Delivery and collection
Checkout shows the delivery methods available for your particular delivery address and the full delivery charge before you place an order. The delivery address determines availability; the domain or billing address alone does not make a method available. An individual quotation specifies the destination, delivery charge and performance time before you accept it.
We currently do not deliver to Switzerland or the United Kingdom. The sailingworld.uk domain is our English-language storefront and does not offer UK delivery.

Handling and transit
We review basket orders within one to two Hungarian working days and communicate express acceptance by a separate email. In-stock goods are handed to the carrier within one to two Hungarian working days after acceptance, or after full credit for bank-transfer orders. Carrier transit time is additional and depends on the destination and chosen service. An individual offer specifies the performance time for goods obtained to order. Hungarian holidays and official working-day transfers are taken into account.
Unless a different performance time is agreed, consumer goods are delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after contract formation. Statutory rights in case of delay remain unaffected. Additional charges or split deliveries require prior agreement.
Payment and receipt
For delivery abroad, the goods and delivery charge must be paid in full before dispatch; payment on delivery is unavailable. For consumers, transit risk normally passes on taking possession; statutory exceptions for a carrier independently commissioned by you and not offered by us remain applicable.
Please report visible damage and, where possible, record it with photographs and the carrier. Missing photographs or a carrier report do not remove statutory rights. Failure to collect a parcel alone is not a clear withdrawal declaration; we discuss the next steps with you. Any lawful claim for costs is assessed on its actual legal conditions.

For bank transfers, please wait for our separate acceptance email and payment instructions. For delivery abroad, the goods and delivery charge must be paid in full before dispatch; payment on delivery is unavailable.
