  Important:Set the barometer before use on!
  We avoid the proximity of a heater and direct sunlight.
  The barometer must first be adjusted according to your local altitude conditions. Find out about the current air pressure value of the area (at the Meteorological Institute, on the Internet: www.met.hu , with local radio stations). Carefully turn the insertion screw (which you can find on the back of the instrument) to the right with a small screwdriver until the pointer matches the desired value. Avoid overtightening!
  You can adjust it even more accurately with a weak knock and subsequent adjustment.
  Thermometer and hygrometer are factory-installed.
  Compare the following settings with a well-functioning device
  Differences in the indicator structure can be adjusted by carefully turning the adjustment screw on the back. We wrap the hygrometer once a year in a damp cloth for 30 minutes for regeneration.

  How the barometer works:
  Barometer can measure air pressure in Hecto-Pascal (hPa), millibr (mb), inches (in), millimeters of mercury (mmHg). Air pressure corresponds to the weight of the air layer surrounding us and depends on the weather and the local altitude. Observing air pressure fluctuations makes weather forecasting possible. The current air pressure is marked with the setting pointer and the changes can be observed.

  Thermometer and hygrometer:
  The thermometer measures the temperature in degrees Celsius (C) or Fahrenheit (F).
  Checking the room temperature provides a better feeling of well-being, and it can save you heating costs with a drop of 1 C
  up to 6.

  A hygrometer measures the relative moisture content of the air.
  Very dry air in rooms is harmful to health, but it is also harmful to plants, wooden floors and antique furniture. Ideal temperature and air humidity as rooms according to use variable:

  If the hygrometer works incorrectly (shows a strikingly different value
  e.g.: 10-20% or 80%), it may be necessary to recalibrate it:
  Place a well-moistened cloth under the back of the hygrometer 30 per minute.
  After the 30-minute period, the device should show a humidity of 95%.
  If the displayed value deviates from this by more than +/-5, adjust the 95% by gently turning the screw on the back /with a screwdriver.
  After that, the hygrometer will work normally again. informs about the weather situation.
